Turkey's Iconic Lavender Cologne, which becomes more valuable every year, was brought back in the 125th Anniversary Limited Collection with its centuries old formula. The story of our iconic lavender cologne begins in 1938. Originally made from lavender flowers from Mr. Reboul’s garden, Rebul Lavanda soon became the fragrance of choice for the gentlemen of Istanbul. It became a part of a distinguished man’s identity, a tradition handed down from fathers to sons, generations after generations.

Every year, lavender flowers are carefully harvested from the fields located in Grasse (Southern France) before sunrise and then distilled to release the lavender oil that makes up the basis for the cologne. The result is a cologne that captures lavender in its purest form, preserving the scent’s natural soothing properties. It’s use of pure lavender oils made it an attractive choice for barbers as well, who used it to pamper their customers, giving them soothing hair treatments that helped relieve stress. It was also a prestigious gift reserved for special occasions.
